Hi jackiel, can you give me more information about your issue? Are you attempting to play on Mobile (ios and android) or PC? Are you making sure to press the red "Load Game" button at the top of the screen? Do you see the Construct 3 logo and prompt while the game is loading? If Construct 3's loader gets stuck, feel free to refresh your screen and it should work again. If the screen goes dark for whatever reason after the loading has finished, try tapping or clicking your screen. Feel free to reach out if you need anything
I know other people (on the site GameBoomers) who are using Firefox and have been able to access it. It must just be something on my computer. I thank you though for trying to help me out!

PC Win 10 Firefox. Been trying for 3 days. One time the video started but got hung up after about 2 screens.
